All products purchased in our online store can be exchanged or returned, whether due to regret or defect, as long as the legal deadlines of 7 calendar days after receipt are respected. We take responsibility for the quality of products until delivery; After that, the integrity of the item becomes the responsibility of the customer.

After receiving the request, we will review the request and contact you within 7 business days to inform you of approval or denial. If the request is accepted, we will provide instructions for next steps. The shipping cost for returns and resends will be borne by us, as long as the request is within the legal deadline.
If the exchange or return is approved, we will send the necessary information and documents to return the product. It is essential that the item is returned in its original packaging, in good condition and without signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returns in situations where the product shows damage or signs of use. Each case will be analyzed individually, as we always prioritize the satisfaction of our customers.
